Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement governs the Company's processing of personal data on behalf of business and enterprise customers.
Roles
The customer is the data controller and the Company acts as data processor for personal data submitted to the Services, processing it only on documented instructions.
Security & Subprocessors
The Company maintains appropriate technical and organizational measures and engages subprocessors under written terms consistent with this Agreement. A current subprocessor list is available on request.
Data Subject Rights & Deletion
The Company assists the customer in responding to data-subject requests and deletes or returns personal data upon termination, subject to legal retention requirements.
This DPA is placeholder copy and must be reviewed and replaced with final business-approved legal text before enterprise use.
